What follows governs orders placed here. Norvera Parlor is an online retailer operating from Thane, Maharashtra.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Norvera Parlor does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

Norvera Parlor does not provide an additional warranty through this store. Where a warranty is stated on a product page, that warranty applies according to its own terms.

Placing an order

Checkout is your offer to buy; the order becomes a contract when the confirmation email reaches you. Should stock turn out to be unavailable after confirmation, we tell you and refund the whole amount (Cancellation policy).

Product information

We describe each piece from confirmed information only. Absent specifications are absent because they are not confirmed, not because they were overlooked. Photographs are representative; colour varies by screen and natural materials vary batch to batch. For a fit question, write to [email protected] – we can help you compare with the listed specifications, though we cannot warrant suitability.

Pricing

All figures are in Indian Rupees and subject to change. Your order is governed by the price shown at confirmation. Where a listing is plainly mispriced we reach us before dispatching rather than fulfilling at an incorrect figure.

On tax

A note on tax, because it comes up. Norvera Parlor is not registered for GST – turnover sits below the applicable GST registration threshold, so registration does not currently apply. In practice that means GST is not charged separately, and no GST tax invoice with a GSTIN can be issued. What you see on the product page is the price of the goods; delivery charges, where they apply, appear before checkout is completed.

Candles and safety

Candles are sold for normal domestic use. Burn times are estimates that vary with room conditions. We make no therapeutic claim for scented candles or salt lamps.

Use of this website

The words, images and layout here are ours or licensed to us; please do not reuse them commercially. And please do not attempt to disrupt the site or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

Consumer rights that applicable Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain intact regardless of anything written here. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, our liability on a product claim is limited to what was paid for that product.

Governing law

Indian law governs, and the statutes most relevant here are the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
